The students and teachers of Alyssum Montessori School will pledge to read every day for a week during the month of February to raise funds to support their school’s scholarship program.

Every October we focus on growing our 50% Tax Credit Scholarship also known as the SGO. What is an SGO? Alyssum Montessori School works with the Institute for Quality Education as our Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO). The SGO gives scholarships to eligible students enrolled in our school. These scholarship funds are raised through private donation. Those Indiana individuals or businesses that donate to the SGO receive tax credits equal to fifty-percent (50%) of the amount donated. Follow the link to learn more about donating to our Tax Credit Scholarship Program .
In May 2022 we are bringing back the Donna Kaiser Equity Scholarship Fundraiser. More details to come!
Online and face to face fundraisers help grow our Scholarship Fund. Our first Chili Bowl Event in September 2019 was a $1500 success! 1st prize to Chef Aaron Butts of Copper Spoon, 301 W. Jefferson and 2nd place to Amanda Brundige, Alyssum parent. We look forward to bringing this fun event back in the Fall of 2022. Fingers Crossed!
